Intense ruby red color. Reminds of frutal scents such as black plums, blackberry, spicy notes and light mint. The palate has strong and structured tannins and a elegant finish.
VARIETIES
50% Cabernet Sauvignon - 50% Carmenere.
AGING
60% in french oak barrels and 40% in american oak barrels, for a period of 18 months.
WINE SERVING GUIDANCE
Decant for 30 minutes and served at 18 degrees.
