CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Beautiful rubi red color and bright reflects. Aromas of plum and blackberry, also mints and soft toast becaus of its aging. The palate has friendly tannins, good structure and nice end.
VARIETIES
Cabernet Sauvignon 85% / 15% Carmenere.
AGING
40% of the blend for 8 months in french and american oak barrels.
WINE SERVING GUIDANCE
Decant the wine and let it breathe for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve at 18°C.
